Endowment Challenge Matches

An Achievable Dream is extremely grateful to Mrs. Jane Batten and The Batten Fund for An Achievable Dream Virginia Beach of the Hampton Roads Community Foundation, as well as Mrs. Joan Brock for their incredible support of An Achievable Dream’s Virginia Beach program.

Mrs. Batten and Mrs. Brock each provided $1,000,000 donations to An Achievable Dream’s Endowment to ensure the future success of AAD in Virginia Beach. To help generate more support for AAD’s Virginia Beach program, they each issued an additional $500,000 challenge match. AAD successfully met Mrs. Batten’s challenge in 2018, and we have nearly completed Mrs. Brock’s challenge.
